As an unspoken rule, every New Year, Delap Group warmly gathered to share the difficulties – successes, emotions – joys in the past year. Regardless of the old and the young, managers – staff, we sit together as members of a family.
Temporarily leaving Covid, natural disasters and economic crisis behind, on January 14, 2021, the Delaper were happy and well-dressed, they arrived very early to enjoy every great moment before party. Customer Service Department were the first to come, the people who are often known only through the soft voice on the phone were also surprisingly beautiful on that day. More especially this year, the Customer Service Department had a newer, Mr. Le Quang Tien, the first man of the Department.

Rarely hanging out due to the fact that nature of the Logisstics department was busy, but this year’s banquet, It is a quite large attendance of the hard-working “bees” of Logistics Department. The opening of the program was a performance named”Ngay xuan Long Phung Sum Vay” by Delap Youth union with the bustling Tet atmosphere in each movement and melody, the dance stirred up the atmosphere in the auditorium to become extremely exciting and joyful.

Following the exciting dance, people listened to the final report summarizing the company’s 2020 activities. By the warm voice of CEO, Mr.Le Thanh Noi, everyone sat quietly listening and seeing back the difficult year. Given that 2020 was a year full of challenges in business such as spreading Covid 19 disease, natural disasters, storms and floods, the general economic downturn in Vietnam and in the world, Delap Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company still stayed ahead and thrived with many proud achievements such as many new products imported, establishment of one more subsidiary named Eurolap in July 2020, hiring more 40 emloyees, expanding distribution channels nationwide, no record of unemployment due to the impact of the disease. That is an impressive achievement given the general difficulty of companies recently.

Having overcome those tough challenges, in addition to the unity of all members, the orientations and directions of the BODs were extremely important, because it was the guideline that drives our business. To talk about these things, representatives of the BODs, – Mr. Nguyen Truong Thanh delivered a sincere address to the whole company. Through his actual story, Mr. Thanh talked about the importance of constant attempt, constantly up to new challenges to avoid being left behind. He also delivered the program’s theme message, also the theme in 2021, it is expected to be more challenging and fiercer than 2020, we need to firmly believe in ourselves and our colleagues to hold hands to overcome challenges.

It took a long time for the judges: Le Thanh Noi – General Director of the Company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thao – Deputy Director of the company and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duc – MKT experts to make the final decision. Unsurprisingly, the victory was won by MKT + Accounting team by the excellence in their good preparation and practice.

To end the program, the Organizer held “Boc tham may man” section – an annual program to give surprise gifts to the luckiest Delappers in the ceremony with 15 third prizes, 4 second prizes, and 1 First Prize.
The party ended in joyful atmosphere and strong belief in the determination, unanimity, and joining hands of the entire Delapers.The year 2021 is a more difficult and challenging year than 2021; but holding hands, we can overcome any challenges and hardship ahead.
